We are excited to see you on Wednesday, September 25th at the YMCA of Greater Seattle Celebrating Community Changemakers luncheon at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in downtown Seattle.
Doors open at 11:00 am. The program and seated lunch start at 12:00 pm and promptly ends at 1:30 pm.
Arrive early to:
- Mingle with your Y friends and meet new ones
- Take a picture with your Y friends
- Interact with the Y Inspiration Stations to learn more about Y programs and services
- Enter the drawing for a chance to win prizes
Check-In/Registration:
Upon arrival, please check-in at our registration area located next to the hotel front desk. You will pick up your nametag with your assigned table number as well as a passport for a chance to win a prize. We have pronoun stickers available at the registration area that you may attach to your nametag. You do not need an ID, credit card or a copy of your ticket in order to check-in.
Elevator/Escalator
There is an escalator next to the registration area to take you to the 2nd floor where the event is being hosted. There is an elevator located next to the hotel front desk.
Dress Code
At our luncheon event, we embrace a "come as you are" dress code. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! Whether you choose something casual, business attire from the office, or something a bit more festive, your presence is what matters most to us. All are welcome to express their unique style!

Parking: Valet parking is available at the Seattle Grand Hotel for an hourly rate (check hotel for current rate). Additional parking locations:
